Vaudreuil-Dorion Medical Polyclinic is currently undergoing a major development phase in order to better meet the growing needs of the region’s population.

For several months now, a large construction site has been underway on Harwood Boulevard. This major project will notably include the construction of a new building designed to welcome new specialists and offer more medical services at the same location. An underground parking garage is also being developed in order to increase parking capacity and make access to the clinic easier.

While this work represents an important step forward for the care offered to the community, it is temporarily causing certain inconveniences for visitors and on-site teams.

Temporary impacts on access and parking

The construction work, combined with certain roadwork being carried out in the area, may cause:

  • heavier traffic;

  • delays around the clinic;

  • reduced parking availability;

  • additional delays before appointments.

Please show kindness toward our staff

We sincerely understand that this situation may be frustrating and may cause additional inconvenience during your visit to the clinic. However, we respectfully ask our patients to show kindness and respect toward our staff. Radiméd teams are also experiencing the daily impacts of the construction work and continue to do everything possible to welcome each patient with professionalism and courtesy.

We would also like to respectfully remind you that our staff have no control over the ongoing construction work or the temporary traffic and parking constraints. A little patience, understanding, and courtesy can make a real difference for the Radimed staff who support you every day.

A project to better serve the community

The goal of this work is ultimately to improve the patient experience and allow for the addition of new medical services to better serve the people of Vaudreuil-Dorion and the surrounding area in the years ahead.

We sincerely thank all our patients for their understanding, patience, and cooperation during this important phase of transformation.

A few tips for your visit

To help reduce the impacts related to the construction work, we recommend:

  • arriving earlier for your appointment;

  • allowing extra time for parking;

  • checking traffic conditions before you leave;

  • following the temporary signage on site.
